Executive Base Network has served Tri-Valley businesses from the same San Ramon building since 1984, and Pleasanton companies have always been a large share of our members. Pleasanton’s office scene is built around Hacienda Business Park, which is commercial-park scale: multi-year leases, full suites, corporate build-outs. If what your business actually needs is one professional office, a receptionist who answers in your company’s name, and meeting rooms you book by the hour, that scale works against you.
Every agreement here is month to month. Furnished private offices with fiber internet and 24/7 access start at $600 a month, and a virtual office address starts at $45 a month. You keep selling into the Pleasanton economy; you just stop paying Pleasanton commercial-park rent to do it.

Staffed reception, furnished offices, a botanical atrium with a fountain, and free parking off Crow Canyon Road.

Our building is at 111 Deerwood Road in San Ramon, one Crow Canyon Road exit north of Pleasanton and less than a mile off I-680. Members reach us from downtown Pleasanton, Hacienda Business Park, and the Stoneridge corridor in one straight run up I-680 North, and from Dublin, Danville, Alamo, and Walnut Creek along the same freeway.
If you conduct business in Pleasanton, the city requires a business license, and the requirement explicitly extends to any business using a Pleasanton address for advertising or state and federal licensing, even when the work happens offsite. The license tax is tiered by gross receipts, from $25 under $25,000 up to $0.30 per $1,000 at $250,000 and above, administered by the city’s Finance Department and renewed each January. Many of our Pleasanton members hold a Pleasanton license while using our San Ramon address on their letterhead; where you actually conduct business is what controls.
You can, but Pleasanton regulates home businesses under its municipal code: zoning approval is required, business equipment is limited to office-type items confined to no more than one room of the dwelling, and the operation may not generate pedestrian or vehicle traffic beyond normal residential levels. That traffic restriction is the practical wall for anyone who meets clients. Questions go to the city’s Planning Division at (925) 931-5600; a commercial address with bookable meeting rooms sidesteps the framework entirely.
Hacienda is the Tri-Valley’s giant: 875 acres and roughly 10 million square feet, with 669 companies employing just under 14,500 people as of early 2025, built around multi-year commercial leases. Businesses that need one professional office rather than a corporate suite are the gap we fill, one freeway exit north of the park. Many of our members sell into the Hacienda economy without carrying Hacienda-scale rent.
Colliers put the Pleasanton and Tri-Valley market at an average asking rent of $2.99 per square foot full service in the second quarter of 2026, with vacancy at 18.5 percent. At that rate, even a modest 500 square foot conventional suite runs near $1,500 a month before furniture, internet, phones, or anyone to answer the door, and conventional leases run multi-year. Our private offices start at $600 a month, month to month, with all of that included.
Pleasanton is a high-income professional-services town: about 75,661 residents with a median household income of $176,390 per the Census Bureau’s 2024 American Community Survey. That produces a deep bench of consultants, advisors, and home-based firms that need a commercial street address more than they need a room. A $45-a-month virtual office provides that address for licensing, Google Business Profile, and client correspondence, with a live receptionist answering as your business, while your home address stays off the public record.
From Pleasanton, take I-680 North to the Crow Canyon Road exit; we’re less than a mile off the freeway at 111 Deerwood Road, Suite 200, with free parking on site for members and guests. Without a car, County Connection’s Route 35 and the 97X express connect Dublin/Pleasanton BART to San Ramon on weekdays.
